Right now, when a candidate or hiring manager gets a scheduling email, it comes from Arrange. Soon it'll come from you.

Two things are landing together:

Custom domain. Connect your own domain and every automated email sends from your email address instead of ours. Candidates and hiring managers see your name in their inbox, not a third-party tool.

Custom email templates. Rewrite the copy on every automated message to sound like you. Your tone, your voice, your word choice, not ours. The entire back-and-forth between you, your candidates, and your hiring managers becomes a true extension of your brand from the first email to the last.

Put together, this is the fully white-labeled experience recruiters have been asking for. Arrange disappears into the background and your company is what everyone sees.

Arrange Interview Module

Setting up an interview is about to get a lot faster. The new Arrange Interview Module brings everything into a single, streamlined flow - choose your scheduling process, set your preferences, and go. No more jumping between steps or re-entering the same information every time.

A few things that make this a big deal:

Input availability on behalf of hiring managers

Sometimes a hiring manager volunteers their availability upfront. Now you can actually use it. Instead of waiting on them to input it themselves, you'll be able to enter their availability directly - keeping the process moving the moment you have the information.
