Adding a Second Calendar from a Separate Outlook Account

I am trying to add my calendar for scheduling. I use a separate calendar from my main Outlook calendar, and this scheduling calendar is under a different Outlook account. I need to know how to connect this second Outlook account's calendar to Arrange.
