Email alerts when availability is shared

Recruiters want an email the moment a candidate or client shares availability, so they can follow up by phone/text/email right away instead of checking the Live Stage Tracker.

• Trigger A: candidate shares availability

• Trigger B: client shares availability

• Short email with candidate name, company, and a link to the interview in the tracker and the manual link as well. Ex: So if candidate shared availability - manual link (client form link) - so the client can review and confirm.

• Sent only to the Arrange user who arranged the interview

• Opt-in toggle per user in Settings

• No alert needed for “scheduled,” since the calendar invite covers it
