Manual Timezone Selection for Scheduling

I would like the ability to manually select a timezone when arranging interviews, especially when scheduling on behalf of a hiring manager who is in a different timezone than myself. Currently, Arrange automatically detects my timezone, which causes confusion for candidates when the hiring manager is located elsewhere. - The feauture would be to when providing availability whether the client OR candidate — to manually select their timezone….
