Show timestamp of last reminder sent

When sending email reminders to a candidate or client from the Live Stage Tracker - while waiting on a response, there's no way to see when the last reminder was sent. Add a visible indicator (e.g. "Last reminder sent: [date/time]") so users can track reminder activity without guessing or resending unnecessarily.
