Your Arrange With Me page is your personalized scheduling hub — a clean, automated way for candidates, clients, or external contacts to book time with you without any back-and-forth.

This guide walks through customizing your default scheduling link, creating additional event types (paid plans), and configuring availability and meeting preferences.

1. Access Your Arrange With Me Page

To get started:

  1. Sign in at app.arrangeai.io

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Arrange With Me

  3. You’ll see:

    • Your Default Scheduling Link

    • (If on a paid plan) any additional event types you’ve created

    • A second tab: Arrange With Us (team scheduling)

All personal scheduling customization happens under Arrange With Me.

2. Customize Your Default Scheduling Link

Every user starts with a default scheduling link. You can customize all settings from one place.

To edit it:

  1. Click the three dots (…) on your default scheduling link

  2. Click Edit

  3. Update the following settings:

a. Meeting Duration

Choose how long the meeting should last — 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, or a custom length.

b. Meeting Mode

Select how the meeting will take place:

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Phone Meeting

  • In-Person Meeting

If you signed up using Google or Microsoft, Arrange automatically uses that connected account for your chosen video meeting mode.

c. Availability Parameters

Define when you’re available for meetings:

  • Select specific days of the week

  • Define time windows (example: Tue 9–11am, Thu 1–4pm)

  • Add multiple availability blocks per day

These settings determine when someone can book with you.

d. Optional Paid Plan Settings

On paid plans (starting at $8/user/month, annual pricing, with Arrange Plus):

You can require additional fields before someone can schedule with you, including:

  • Company Name

  • Phone Number

  • Additional Notes

You can also control calendar behavior:

  • Choose which connected calendar the invite should be sent from

  • Combine availability from multiple calendars for more flexible booking

These features help ensure higher-quality bookings and cleaner scheduling workflows.

e. Save Your Changes

Click Update to apply any edits.

Your scheduling page updates instantly.

3. Copy and Share Your Scheduling Link

Each Arrange With Me event has a Copy Link button.

To share your default scheduling link:

  1. Click Copy Link

  2. Paste it wherever needed — email signature, outreach message, LinkedIn DM, or directly to candidates or clients

Anyone with the link can book using your configured availability.

4. Create Additional Event Types (Paid Plans)

To create multiple meeting types, you must be on a paid plan starting at $8/user/month (annual) under Arrange Plus.

Examples of additional event types:

  • 15-Min Intro Call

  • 30-Min Strategy Session

  • Candidate Prep Call

  • Hiring Manager Debrief

  • Weekly Client Sync

To create a new event type:

  1. Click Add Event

  2. Enter your:

    • Event title

    • Meeting duration

    • Meeting mode

    • Availability parameters

  3. (Optional for paid plans) Choose required fields:

    • Company

    • Phone number

    • Additional notes

  4. Choose which connected calendar this event should use

  5. Click Create Event

Each event type gets its own unique URL — perfect for tailoring different scheduling experiences.

5. Arrange With Us (Team Scheduling)

This tab allows you to:

  • Create shared team scheduling pages

  • Let multiple teammates’ availability be combined

  • Generate booking links that rotate across team members or include hiring panels

This is especially useful for recruiting teams, sales teams, or assistants scheduling on behalf of others.

6. Best Uses for Your Arrange With Me Page

Your personalized scheduling link works best when:

  • Placed in your email signature

  • Included in outreach messages or follow-ups

  • Shared with candidates for prep/debrief calls

  • Sent to clients for recurring check-ins

  • Added to automated sequences or marketing workflows
