Integrate Your ATS

Arrange integrates with leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to help you pull candidate information directly into Arrange without manual data entry. Once your ATS is connected, you can instantly search and import candidates when scheduling interviews—saving time and keeping your data consistent.

This guide walks through how to connect your ATS, what each integration enables, and how to request support for additional ATS platforms.

1. Where to Connect Your ATS

To manage your ATS connections:

  1. Log in at app.arrangeai.io

  2. In the left menu, click Integrations

You’ll see dedicated integration cards for:

  • Loxo

  • Crelate

  • Recruiterflow

2. How to Connect Your ATS

Loxo

  1. Enter your Loxo API Token

  2. Enter your Loxo Slug Name
    When entering your Loxo slug name, you only need the company portion - not the full Loxo URL.

    For example:
    If your URL is:
    https://loxo.co/company-name
    Your slug name should simply be:
    company-name

  3. Click Authenticate

Crelate

  1. Enter your Crelate API Key

  2. Click Authenticate

Recruiterflow

  1. Enter your Recruiterflow API Key

  2. Click Authenticate

3. What ATS Integration Enables in Arrange

Once connected, ATS integrations unlock three key capabilities:

✔ 1. Search Your ATS From Any Scheduling Flow

Wherever Arrange asks for a candidate, you can now search your ATS:

  • Candidate First

  • Client First

  • Matchmaker

  • Arrange Connect

  • Quick Arrange

  • Candidate Scheduling Links

Just start typing a candidate’s name — Arrange will automatically search your ATS and show matching profiles.

✔ 2. Instant Candidate Import

When you select a candidate from your ATS, Arrange will import:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number (if available)

  • Resume data (if available)

  • Other basic ATS profile information

This replaces manual entry and resume-upload workflows.

✔ 3. Clean, Consolidated Candidate Data

Pulling candidates directly from your ATS ensures:

  • No duplicates

  • No typos

  • No conflicting information

  • Consistent candidate profiles across tools

Your ATS remains the system of record, and Arrange simply reads candidate data from it.

4. What ATS Integrations Currently Support

To accurately reflect current functionality, ATS integrations today allow you to:

  • Push arranged interviews back into your ATS

  • Pull candidate records directly into Arrange

  • Search and select candidates from your ATS within Arrange

  • Import hiring managers and/or job records

  • Update the interview status in your ATS and automatically tag the candidate to the selected job once the interview is arranged

As demand grows, we’ll continue expanding deeper.

If your ATS is not currently supported (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, BambooHR, etc.), the Arrange team can explore adding it.

To request a new ATS integration:

  1. Email support@arrangeai.io

  2. Include:

    • Your ATS name

    • Your company name

    • Volume of users who need the integration

    • Whether you can provide an API key or sandbox access (optional but helpful)

The team will review your request and follow up with next steps or a timeline.

6. Troubleshooting ATS Connections

If authentication fails:

  • Double-check your token/API key

  • Ensure no trailing spaces

  • Confirm your ATS user has API access permissions

  • Try generating a new key

If candidates are not appearing in search:

  • Make sure the ATS integration shows as authenticated

  • Search using fewer characters or partial name matches

  • Confirm the candidate exists in your ATS

  • Verify that your key has permission to read candidate data

  • Do not enter any special characters (commas, periods etc)
