2. Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the control center for all interviews and meetings.
From here, you can:
Track live scheduling stages (with real-time status updates)
Access manual links for candidates or clients
Manage upcoming interviews
Add or invite users to your organization
Now, let’s get into the three scheduling methods you’ll use most often.
3. Scheduling Options
A. Candidate Scheduling Links
Best for: Recruiters who want to include an interview scheduling link right in their candidate submissions.
Instead of waiting for your client to reply and ask for availability, you can now embed a scheduling link directly in your candidate submission.
Here’s how it works:
Once you’ve added a candidate in Arrange, click on their profile and look for “Generate Scheduling Link.”
Select who the candidate would be meeting with — choose the client and hiring manager.
Choose your meeting mode (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) and interview duration.
Click Generate Link.
Copy and paste this link directly into your candidate submission or email.
When your client clicks it, they’ll see a white-labeled scheduling page with your branding and two simple options:
Receive candidate availability (the system asks the candidate for times)
Provide their own availability
Arrange automates the rest — no follow-up needed.
Your Live Stage Tracker updates instantly to show the current status, from availability requested to interview arranged.
💡 Why it’s great:
You can move from candidate submission to confirmed interview without lifting a finger.
B. Arrange Connect
Best for: Coordinating multiple hiring managers or running panel interviews.
Arrange Connect syncs client calendar availability across everyone involved — so your candidate only sees times that actually work for all participants.
Here’s how it works:
Go to your Clients tab and add hiring managers under each client.
Under Calendar access - click on Request Access or send them the connection link directly.
Each manager can connect their calendar and set their preferred meeting windows (e.g., “Mondays and Wednesdays, 2–5 PM”).
Once connected, click Arrange an Interview → Arrange Connect.
Select your client, candidate, and hiring managers — then choose duration and round.
Click Review and Arrange Now.
Arrange automatically compiles everyone’s calendars into a unified view.
Your candidate receives an email (with your logo) showing all available times and simply selects the one that works best.
As soon as they confirm:
Calendar invites go out automatically
The interview is added to everyone’s connected calendars
The Live Stage Tracker updates to “Interview Arranged”
💡 Why it’s great:
Arrange Connect saves hours of coordination time when managing multiple calendars or teams.
Pro Tip: You can upload your client logos in Arrange, and when using Arrange Connect, each client’s booking page will automatically display their logo — giving it a professional, branded, and personalized touch.
C. Quick Arrange
Best for: Scheduling when you already know everyone’s availability.
When availability is already confirmed (e.g., over Slack or a call), you can skip the candidate/client flow entirely.
Here’s how:
Click Quick Arrange on your dashboard.
Select the candidate and hiring manager.
Choose your meeting mode, duration, round, and date/time.
Click Review and Arrange Now.
Instantly, Arrange sends a calendar invite and confirmation email to everyone.
No waiting, no confirmation steps — just done.
💡 Why it’s great:
It’s the fastest way to schedule an interview or meeting in under 30 seconds.
4. Stay in Control
Every interview you schedule automatically appears in:
Your Live Stage Tracker (to see real-time progress)
Upcoming Interviews on your dashboard
Your connected work or personal calendar
You can:
Edit interview details (time, duration, participants)
Send reminders or reschedule
Copy manual links to share with candidates or clients directly
