Welcome to Arrange — we’re excited to have you on board!

This quick guide will help you create your account, set up your profile, and get ready to start scheduling interviews.

1. Sign Up for Arrange

You can create your account in less than a minute.

How to Sign Up

  1. Go to app.arrangeai.io

  2. Click Sign Up

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Continue with Google

    • Continue with Microsoft

    • Sign up with Email

2. Complete Your Profile Setup

Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile and select your industry type.

This helps Arrange personalize your experience and tailor your dashboard to your workflow.

Profile Fields

  • Full Name – how your name appears in communications

  • Company Name – used in white-labeled emails and branding

  • Title – e.g., “Recruiter,” “Talent Partner,” or “Account Executive”

  • Industry Type – choose one of the following:

    • External Recruitment – agency or independent recruiter scheduling across clients and candidates

    • Internal Talent Acquisition – in-house recruiting or HR teams

    • Public Relations – PR professionals coordinating media or client meetings

    • Professional Services – consultants or service providers managing client scheduling

  • Logo (optional) – upload your company logo for a branded experience

When you’re done, click Confirm to save your profile and launch your Arrange Dashboard.

3. Explore Your Dashboard

Once your profile is complete, you’ll land on your Arrange Dashboard, where you can:

  • Schedule interviews and meetings

  • Track live updates with the Live Stage Tracker

4. Update Your Profile Anytime

You can update your name, title, company information, logo, or industry type at any time.

To update your profile:

  1. In the left-side menu, click your profile section (it displays your name and company).

  2. Make your updates and click Update at the bottom of the page.

Your changes apply instantly and will be reflected in all new emails, invitations, and scheduling links.

💡 Tip: Uploading a company logo adds your branding to all candidate and client communications for a more polished look.
